On July 22, 1939, she married her husband, Joseph, in Quantico, Va. She is survived by a large extended family, including her three children, Steve (Martha) of Lake Forest, Michael of North Chicago and Ann (Wes) Trombino of Lake Forest; five grandchildren, Steven Miceli, John Miceli, Christine Miceli, Megan Trombino Pruitt (Brian) and Michael Trombino; two great-grandchildren, Everett Miceli and Grayson Miceli; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Joseph in 2000, her brothers Herman Perks and Kenneth Perks, and one sister, Louise Wickham, all from the Richmond, Virginia area. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, 408 N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan. Interment will be private in Fort Sheridan Cemetery.
