William Zarling TITUSVILLE - William Zarling, 66, of Titusville, NJ, died Monday at the Aria Health System (Torresdale) with his loving fiancee Mary by his side. Born in Trenton, he resided in this area for most of his life. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Zarling attended Harvard Law School. He was a first deputy assistant prosecutor with the Mercer County Prosecuting Office before retiring after serving for more than 36 years. He became a professor at Rutgers Camden Law and was there for 10 years. He also taught at the Trenton Police Academy, Widener University, Hofstra University, and the Garden State C.L.E. Son of the late Theodore and Taubelle Zarling, he is survived by his fiancee Mary Wolfgang; a sister Lisbeth Applebaum of Cambridge, MA; a stepson and his wife Lester and Megan Wolfgang; a stepgrandson, Scott Wolfgang; niece and nephews Theodore Isaac Applebaum, Rachel and Josh Catin; grandniece, Nora Catin; and cousins, Robin and Jack Casey and Lauren Bahr. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Riverside Memorial Chapels, 1310 Prospect St., Ewing, NJ. Interment will follow at Ewing Cemetery.
