PORT ORANGE Virginia Mary Blake, 83, of Baywood Avenue, who retired from American Thermos, Norwich, Conn., died Saturday at Port Orange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Blake was born in New London, Conn., and came here in 1976 from Norwich. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Daytona Beach, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 1590. She enjoyed reading, gardening and the beach. Survivors include four sons, David, Deltona, Kevin, Port Orange, John, South Daytona, and Gary, Middlefield, Conn.; a daughter, Deborah Duart, Port Orange; a sister, Josephine Christina, Waterford, Conn.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129. Woodward, Holly Hill, is in charge.
