Tre (Donald Arden) Chipman, III-Jewett III
Tre (Donald Arden) Chipman, III -Jewett 1969-2013 Tre (Donald Arden) Chipman, III-Jewett, 43 of Pensacola passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Tre was born in Duluth, MN on September 20, 1969, and was adopted at the age of 2 months, and we are grateful to his birth mother for having given us this beautiful child. He attended the Episcopal Day School, and graduated from B. T. Washington High School, Class of 1987. Tre received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology from the University of West Florida. He enjoyed working on computers, internet technology, software creations and website hosting. Tre is part owner of Iccelerant LLC. His hobbies were creating electronic games, writing and telling stories, costume partying, grade "B" Movie Fests, playing jokes on friends, collecting comic books, games, movies, science fiction, barbecuing, collecting and creating his own spices. Tre Chipman was an exceptional loving and faithful friend and family member. He had friends from across the country, many of whom he met at Washington High School. He was generous in giving sandwichs and water to those on the streets of Chicago for 15 years. Tre leaves with wonderful memories of his humor and quick wittedness. Tre is survived by his mom and dad, Ann and Grey Jewett, Pensacola; siblings, Lisa Martin, Pensacola, Phil Jewett, NC, Kristen Reeves, CA; aunts, Mary Schmick, Chicago, Robbin Childs, VA; cousins, Debbie and Scott Madlener, Chicago, and many other cousins from around our country. Nieces and nephews, Grey III, Katie, Mattea, Kristen, Ellora, Isabel, Marika, Stephanie, Heather, Jacob, Ryan, Bradley and Heather and Neal (who called Tre "Uncle Choo Choo"). Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until the Memorial Service at 6:00pm, Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 7979 N. 9th Ave., with Fr. Jeffery Jencks and Dr. Don Winslett officiating. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 5041 N. 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504 or Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 7979 N 9th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32514.
