Tracy Anne Rivera
Tracy Anne Rivera of Hermosa Beach died at home March 1, 2019, after fighting a private and tenacious battle against ocular melanoma. A beautiful and caring mother who was a native Californian, Tracy was born in Chico and raised in Walnut Creek. She graduated from Chico State University in 1989 with degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Business. Her successful career in retail management brought her to southern California with her husband Diego in 2005. They welcomed their daughters Sofia Anne and Lilly Anne, and moved to Hermosa Beach in 2009. Tracy loved and cherished her girls and adored the beach community with its multitude of activities; the girls have been active in dance and a variety of sports, especially soccer. Tracy was preceded in death by her father Robert (Randy) Wiseman and uncle Michael Korich, and is survived by her children, Sofia Anne Rivera and Lilly Anne Rivera, their father, Diego Rivera, her mother, Monda Anne Wiseman (Mark), brother Craig Wiseman and his wife Jill, nephew Lucas Wiseman, aunt Nancy Prather, uncle Mike Prather, cousins Robin Sirianni (Dave), Phoebe McClure (Jason), aunt Linda Korich, cousins Matt Korich (Rupsik), Claire Kean (Jim), Monda Korich (Jess), and eight very terrific second cousins. A celebration of life is scheduled for May 18, 10:00 am, at the Hermosa Valley School multi-purpose room. A second celebration of life will be held in Walnut Creek, California, in August. In memoriam, consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
