Tirrell D. "Relly" Williams
Tirrell D. "Relly" Williams, 37, departed this life on March 28, 2018 due to complications of pneumonia while fighting cancer. Born in Milford on Jan. 20, 1981, Tirrell was the son of William Tiggs and Cynthia Miller. Tirrell attended Caesar Rodney School in his younger years and graduated from Dover High School. Tirrell worked for Masco Contractor Services and Accurate Insulation as a spray foam insulator. Tirrell was an excellent carpenter, enjoyed being with his friends, loved going to the beach, cars, drawing, music and his children. Tirrell was a loving father, husband, son, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. He left to cherish his memories, his parents Greg and Cynthia Miller, Dover; his father William Tiggs (Wanda), Harrington; his wife, Mequoria L. Williams, Dover; his children, Daquan M. Hooten, Dover, Jordan W. E. Williams, Dover, and Jayden Williams, Dover; one sister, Jeanie A. Williams, Owings Mills, Md.; one brother, Devane Williams, Dover; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, April 6, at Mt. Zion AME Church, 101 N. Queen St., Dover, beginning at 11 a.m. with visitation two hours prior to the service.
