(nee Berens), age 91, devoted wife of the late Chester J. Banas, Sr. Cherished Mother of Chester Jr. (deceased), Dale Sr. (Debbie), Jayne and Annette Banas, and Marie (Ron) Grzybowski. Loving Grandma of Dale Jr. (Dorothy) and Jason Banas and Jessica (Mark) Angelo. Sister of John (Amelia) Dynia, Frank (Lillian) Dynia and Jeannette (Steve) Galaszewski, all deceased. Godmother of Linda Stefan and Tina Bohatka. Dear Aunt of many. Sophie was a bank teller that retired from Union Commerce/Huntington Bank after many years of service. She loved to sing and was a past member of both the St. John Cantius and St. Francis de Sales choirs. She loved to garden. She was well loved and will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial St. Francis de Sales Church (corner of Snow and State roads), Parma on Saturday, March 2 at 10 a.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
