Ronald William Case Ocean - Ronald William Case passed away suddenly on November 15 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune NJ. He was born in Newark to John Lloyd Case and Edna G. Case (nee Stickel). After his marriage to Emily Case (nee Hettinger) they raised their family in Middlesex County until moving to the shore area in 1978. Ronald was an amazing person, overcoming physical obstacles since early childhood to succeed in many achievements and accomplishments. He attended Weequahic High school and the Newark Public School of Fine and Industrial Art. He then graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art and began his teaching career. Ronald taught art in the New Brunswick school system until his retirement. He was an exceptional artist, avid reader, and had many interests and activities such as boating, chess, building, to name a few, and he swam miles almost daily. With his wife Emily, he worked very hard to provide a wonderful life for his family, instilling in them a love for the arts, music, and history. His greatest achievement was his family and he was the best husband, father, and grandfather ever. He was one of a kind. Ronald was predeceased by his parents, son Ronald Jr. and his brother Gerald.
