Kulaya, Robert Patrick age 65 of Bronx, New York passed April 30, 2019. Son of the late Margaret Loughlin Kulaya and Frank Kulaya. He attended St. Francis Xavier grammar school and Power Memorial. In 1975 he graduated from Manhattan College and was class valedictorian. In 1977 he graduated from New York University, earning a Masters in Modern European History. With thirty years of service, he retired a Senior Customs Inspector for the US Customs. He is survived by his brother and sister in law, two daughters, son in law, grandson and four nieces, goddaughter, numerous cousins and his loving wife Carol. May he Rest in Peace. Services on Monday John Dormi and Sons.
