Robert Maile
Maile Robert Joseph, 90, of Lebanon, died Wednesday January 24, 2018. Born September 17, 1927 in Cincinnati, OH to Josef and Berta Maile, he served in the US Air Force. He was always active in the churches he was a part of including St Paul UCC, Lakeview UCC, and a current member of Otterbein Lebanon United Methodist Church. After 30+ years working in personnel at GM Fisher Body he gained many friends in the Otterbein community. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Ilse Maile and one brother, Richard Maile, survivors include three sons, Robert J. Jr.(Gail) Maile, of Cincinnati, David W. (Donna) Maile of Maineville, and Michael S. Maile of Maineville, one sister, Claire Maile of Lebanon, four grandchildren, Joseph (Pei Ling) Maile, Melina (Craig) Cange, Laura Maile and Joshua Maile, and four great grandchildren, Marshall, Brey, Roman, and Giuliana Cange. A visitation will be held Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 PM with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM at Otterbein Lebanon United Methodist Church, 585 N St Rt 741 Lebanon, OH. Memorials requested to American Diabetes Association or Otterbein Lebanon Benevolent Care Fund. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
