Patricia Ann Guinta, 71 Grandmother of six, lived 70 years on S.I., 'selfless in life' Beloved by her children, grandchildren, and friends, Patricia Ann Guinta (nee DeWan) passed quietly in her sleep on Sunday, February 7, 2021. She was born on April 5, 1949 to Daniel and Martha DeWan. Patricia was married for 52 years to her best friend and soul mate, Dominick, until his passing on June 28, 2020. Patricia is survived by her three children, Dr. Jennifer Guinta, Dominick Jr., Daniel Joseph Guinta, and her daughter-in-law, Patty Guinta. She adored her six grandchildren, Brittany, Vincent, Emilee, Ryan, Gracie, and Anthony. Her family was a constant source of love and support to her. Patricia moved to Denton, TX, in November 2020, after spending over 70 years on Staten Island. In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed bowling, gardening, and cooking. She was selfless in life, and even during her last days. There will be a memorial service for Patricia in Staten Island, in the Spring, details will be provided by the family. In lieu of flowers you may make a contribution to the Seventeen22.org , a cause very close to her heart. Her family thanks you for the outpouring of love and support they have received. She will be missed by all.
