BURLINGTON – Jack C. Warren, 92, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Alamance County on February 22, 1928 to the late Henry Allen Warren and Valley Jeffrey Smith and was the husband of 64 years to the late Mary Janet Thomas Warren. Jack was a longtime, faithful member of Staley Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed beach vacations, fishing and working in the yard. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his son, Dr. Terry Warren and wife Debbie; daughter, Dr. Beth Warren Freeman and husband Dr. David Freeman; grandchildren, Jason Craig Warren, Ashley Nicole Charbonnier (Angelo) and Seth Michael Warren; great grandchildren, Claire Childress, Ryder Warren, LillyAna Warren, Nika Warren and Diana Charbonnier; daughter-in-law, Rosemary Warren; sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Barker and husband Dr. Dean Barker; Peggy Carey and husband Lonnie and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents; daughter, Barbara Anne Warren; son, Dr. Jack Craig Warren and brothers, Manley Warren and Elmer Warren. A service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bennie Smith with the entombment to follow at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum. He will be available for viewing from11-4 on Friday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Staley Memorial Baptist Church, 1446 N.
