Zachary J. Kijowski, 24, of Harrisburg, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 as the result of an automobile accident. Born on December 3, 1996 in Harrisburg, PA. He was a graduate of Central Dauphin High School Class of 2015 and the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Class of 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He had worked for the Harrisburg Senators minor league team throughout high school and college, with the dream of working for the Washington Nationals. He reached his dream and was going to be a tracman operator for the Washington Nationals. Zach was an avid golfer, a sports memorabilia collector, and was passionate about sports, loved going to Myrtle Beach, and camping. Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Donna L. and Edward Wilson of Harrisburg, his father and stepmother, Michael J. and Amanda Kijowski of Palmyra, brothers, Gregory J. Knopp of Denver, NC, Brandon Wilson, of Harrisburg, sisters, Hadley Q. Kijowski of Palmyra, Emily Wilson of Harrisburg, paternal grandparents, John and Sandra Kijowski of Pittsburgh, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ray and Charon Hironimus. Zach was loved by many people will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, January 15, 2021 in the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home, 2100 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg, PA. Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Friday in the funeral home.
