Rosemary Doyle
Rosemary Doyle PRESCOTT -- Rosemary Doyle, 81, of Prescott died peacefully Thursday evening, Jan. 7, 2021, at Regina Senior Living in Hastings, Minn., surrounded by her loving family following a brief battle with cancer. Rosemary Katherine, the daughter of Anton and Bertha (Roraff) Tschumper, was born Aug. 29, 1939, in Hokah, Minn. As a young adult, Rosemary cherished the opportunity of being crowned the Minnesota's Apple Queen. Following her graduation from Aquinas High School, with the class of 1958, Rosemary was united in marriage to Delos James Doyle, Nov. 18, 1961, in La Crescent, Minn. Rosemary was an established homemaker and after her daughters went to school, she enjoyed her time as a realtor. She enjoyed happy hour with friends, house boating on the St. Croix, and playing bridge. Rosemary and James retired to their dream home overlooking the river in Prescott, where they enjoyed hosting family and friends. She also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and owls. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Doyle; sons-in-law, Charles Folch and Tad Erickson; and by her nephew, Timothy Doyle. Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Debra (Daniel) Enright, Julie (Jeff) Cohen, and Victoria (Brad) Galvin; grandchildren, Brian, Eric, and Carolyn Enright, Celina (Jesse) Sinclair, Lucas Folch, and Brianna (Paul) Rangitsch; great-grandchildren, Isla and Grady Rangitsch; brother, Anthony Tschumper; longtime friend, Peggy Mays; and by many beloved family members and friends. Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings, with Gordon Gathright officiating. Interment followed at Lakeside Cemetery in Hastings.
