Joseph Paul Donovan Oct. 21, 1948 - Oct. 6, 2019 Joseph Paul Donovan passed away Oct. 6, 2019 at Portland Adventist Hospital from heart failure. He graduated from Moler Barber College and celebrated 50 years as a Master Barber in 2018. He retired as owner operator of Donovan's Barber Shop on Division Street. His favorite vacations included cruises to Alaska, the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii. He enjoyed trips to the Oregon coast. He was an avid Elvis Presley fan. He shared in the care of his mother-in-law for the last 10 years of her life. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. He is survived by his wife, Karen; sons, Joe, Jason, Jeff; and stepsons, Steve and Don; and is a beloved grandfather to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Paul's life will be celebrated at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 S.E. Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland. A reception will follow.
