In memory of
Nancy Lauren (Reagan) Loose
We lost a beautiful loving wife, mother and grandmother on 6 September 2019 in Shalimar, FL. Nancy was born to Lura and Fred Reagan on August 8, 1945 in Cookeville, TN. She graduated from East High School in 1963. She was an X-ray technician when she met her husband, Lt William Evan Loose. They were married in January 1967 and moved to Big Spring, TX. They subsequently moved to Riverside, CA in 1968 where their son, Jeffrey Evan Loose was born in 1970. In 1971 they moved to Kadena AB, Okinawa followed by a move to Hampton, VA in 1974 where their daughter, Kristi Noelle Loose was born. In 1976 the family moved to San Antonio, TX and Nancy became a color consultant with Color 1 Associates. They came to Fort Walton Beach, FL in 1985 and in 1994 moved into their dream home in Shalimar, Fl. Nancy was charitable with her time and often drove cancer patients, regularly donated blood and was on the Board of Directors for the NW Florida Girl Scouts Council. Her many skills included refinishing furniture, making jewelry, gardening and loved decorating their home for Christmas. She worked out at the gym and each week, water skied, played tennis and was a licensed SCUBA diver. She was a member of several neighborhood and local organizations doing social or charitable work. Nancy took trips with her husband or friends to see many of the sites our country and the world. She is survived by her husband; William Evan Loose; her mother; Lura P Reagan; her son and daughter, Jeffrey E Loose and Kristi Noelle Lewis and three grandsons; Wyatt, Hunter and Dakota. Her husband was by her side when she passed peacefully. They had an extremely good marriage for over 52 years. The family would like to thank Debbie, Nancy, Lisa and the Emerald Coast Hospice for all their help and assistance. Her final wish, instead of flowers or donations, is to do a good deed for someone in need. A memorial service will be held at Emerald Coast Funeral Home at 1:00PM on 14 Sept 2019 at 161 Racetrack Rd in Fort Walton Beach.
