Diana L. Overton
Diana L. Overton Boonville - Diana L. Overton, 72, passed away on September 5, 2019 at her home. Diana is survived by her husband of 51 years, David Overton; sons, Brad (Theresa) Overton and Chad (Carla) Overton, both of Boonville; five grandchildren, Shae, Reed, Mason, Madison, and Megan; mother, Ethel Gore, also of Boonville. She is preceded in death by her father, Leslie Gore Jr. and her sister, Darlene K. Gore. Diana was a life-long member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Boonville. She was a former Worthy Matron of the Boonville Chapter #450 Order of the Eastern Star. She also served as a Grand Page and District Deputy of district #1. Diana enjoyed motorcycling, St. Louis Cardinal Baseball, watching her children's and grandchildren's sporting events, camping, and hunting. She was a devoted Christian, loving wife, and grandmother. The family would like to thank Asera Care Hospice, the wonderful nurses, and aids who were so loving and helpful through her illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Indiana Chapter of the ALS foundation. Funeral Service 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at BRADLEY'S COLONIAL CHAPEL, 1005 E. Main St. Boonville, IN. Visitation Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. & 1 hr. before service time. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery. Condolences to the family may be sent to www.bradleyscc.com
