Ernest W. Naccarato
Ernest W. Naccarato, age 80, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Thursday, May 9 at the Ortenzio Heart Center at Holy Spirit Hospital. Born February 4, 1939 in Steelton, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Pease) Naccarato. Ernest was a graduate of Steelton-Highspire High School and began working for Bethlehem Steel after graduation. He moved on to work for CCNB for a time before getting a job with Protection Services where he worked as a credit manager until his retirement. Ernest was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mechanicsburg. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Suzanne (Oyler) Naccarato and by his brothers, George, Albert, and Joseph Naccarato. Surviving are his daughters, Debra M. Wentzel of Mechanicsburg and Elizabeth A. Naccarato of New Bloomfield; his son, Anthony W. Naccarato of Mechanicsburg; as well as his brothers, Raymond and Robert Naccarato. Graveside services will be held privately in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Mechanicsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the American Heart Association, 4250 Crums Mill Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112 or to Citizens Fire & Rescue Co. #2, 208 S.
