Gary Scarbrough Evansville, Indiana Gary Eugene Scarbrough, 71, of Evansville, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital. Gary was born June 24, 1947 to George Scarbrough and Katherine (Fark) Day. He was a machine operator at Whirlpool. He was an avid gun collector and loved to ride "Bonnie" his Triumph Motorcycle. Gary is survived by his son, George (Melissa) Scarbrough; Mother, Katherine Day; grandchildren, Cassie (Autumn) Scarbrough-Bowles, Alexia, Mia, Karly, Jacob; brothers, Terry Scarbrough, and Mark (Sandy) Scarbrough. He was preceded in death by his father, George E. Scarbrough; great grandchild, Emma Rose. Visitation will be from 10:00-1:00pm Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 North First Ave. Evansville, IN 47710. A funeral service will follow, beginning at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
