Otis was born on November 5, 1922 and passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Otis was a resident of Plainfield, Indiana at the time of passing. Odee graduated from George Washington High School and attended Butler University. He was a WWII Coast Guard veteran where he patrolled the coast of Paris Island and served in the Phillipines. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, October 15, 2018 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with calling one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be in the veterans' section at West Ridge Park Cemetery in Indianapolis. Visitation at the Hall-Baker Funeral Home from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on October 15, 2018. Contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project P. O. Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517.
