Estalyn Westcott
Estalyn C. Westcott, 100, died May 30, 2006, at her home. She was born in Attleboro, Mass., and moved to New Hampshire in 1994. She was a former resident of Stuart. She attended Simmons College in Boston, training as a nurse at Deaconess Hospital. Before retirement at the age of 80, she worked at Stuart Medical Group for 10 years. She was a member of the First Parish Church in Westford, Mass., and the Congregational Covenant Church of Greenfield, N.H. In April, she was awarded the Boston Post Cane in Greenfield. Survivors include her daughter, Judith Ierlan; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Nelson A. Chisholm; second husband, Dane C. Westcott, in 1998; sisters, Louise A. Westcott and Jeannie M. Bigsby; son, Bradford M. Chisholm; and daughter, Marlene Chisholm. Memorial contributions may be made to Greenfield Congregational Covenant Church, P.O. Box 341, Greenfield, NH 03047. SERVICES: A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Jellison Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Peterborough, N.H.
