Waneta Wavelene Cottrill, 81 of Pennsboro, passed away December 11, 2011 at Pineview Continous Care in Harrisville. She was born in Doddridge County October 24, 1930, a daughter of the late Waitman Dillon and Vada Gay (Cox) Dillon. Mrs. Cottrill was a homemaker and a member of the Union Mission Church in New Milton and attended the Harvest Time Church in Pennsboro. Surviving is her son Dennis Cottrill and his wife Laura of Ellenboro and grandson Seth Cottrill of Ellenboro. She was preceded in death by her husband William Fred Cottrill in 1994, her son William Dale Cottrill and siblings: Reuben Dillon, Oma Monroe and Roselene Nicholson. Funeral services will be Wednesday 11AM at the McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro with Pastor John Kopshina officiating. Interment will follow at the Union Mission Cemetery at New Milton. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-8PM
