In memory of
Albert James (Bud) Butler
Albert James (Bud) Butler (July 23, 1929-October 8, 2014). 'Bud' died peacefully in the hospital with family at his side. He had been in poor health for several years. He was born in St. Michael, Alaska to George and Louisa Butler in 1929 and spent his early childhood years with his parents and sisters (Mary, Catherine & Elizabeth) in a small village on the Yukon River. Later, the family moved to Kirkland, WA and he graduated from high school there. He attended Bellingham Normal (now Western Wa. University). Later he served in the Korean War. He worked in banking and as a real estate appraiser. Bud was much loved and appreciated by his family. He was full of fun and was generous and thoughtful of all his nieces and nephews. He never met an animal he didn't like. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
