MARSTONS MILLS — Michael Averinos, 39, of Marstons Mills left this life in his own way on Feb. 19, 2009. Highly skilled in his trade of tile and marble installation, he could also quickly master any hobby he found an interest in from woodworking to stained glass; and Mike loved nothing more than riding his motorcycle with friends. Michael is survived by his mother and father, Linda Averinos of Hyannis and Anthony Averinos of Centerville; three sisters, Kristina Ernst and her husband Bill of Virginia, Matti Averinos of Hyannis, and Melissa Averinos and her partner Stuart Schulman of West Barnstable; a daughter, Rachel of Florida; a nephew, Nicholas of Hyannis; maternal grandmother and grandfather, Beatrice Witt of Dennis and Jim Witt of New Mexico; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mike will also be missed by his many friends whose lives he has touched. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Road (Route 28), Marstons Mills.
