Marsha Robison
Marsha Jean Robison, age 58, was called home by her Lord on June 6, 2008. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska. August 25, 1949 to James Nathan Hubbard & Margaret T. Hubbard. Marsha grew up in Nicoma Park and graduated from Choctaw High School in 1967. She attended East Central State University and received her B.S. ED in 1971. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. Later, Marsha earned her Master's degree at Central State University. Marsha loved children and was a devoted teacher and loving mother. She taught elementary school in Edmond and Oklahoma City for years and was the librarian at Moon Academy. She was also very active at Saint Mary's Episcopal Church as well as a member of the DAR and Whole in One organizations. Marsha was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons Nathan Robison, his wife Mandy and their daughters Katelynne and Brittany, Wyatt Robison, John Phillip Robison and their father Robert Robison, brothers Robin Hubbard and his wife Debora and Phillip Lorenz and his children Tammy, Kim and Kenny. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Good Shepard Hospice for their loving care and to her church family who have been so caring during her illness. Also a special thanks to Connie who was a Godsend during a time of great need. Services to celebrate Marsha's life will be at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 16 at Saint Mary's Episcopal Church in Edmond. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
