Herman was born on February 16, 1941 and passed away in November 2019. Tom attended Tremont schools and then went on to serve in the United States Army for two years. A funeral service will be held on Monday November 11th at 11:00 A.M. at Grabowski Funeral Home in Schuylkill Haven. Interment will follow on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
