Norma was born on June 26, 1927 and passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Norma was a graduate of Walnut Grove High School with the Class of 1945. Memorial services will be held Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 with Pastor Neal Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. prior to the services. Burial will take place at Arcadia Cemetery at a later date.
