Brian was born on February 27, 1962 and passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018. Brian was a resident of Mendon, Utah at the time of passing. Born in Riverside California, to Marilyn Spencer Locke and Thurman Dale Locke he attended Utah State University and joined the Cache County Sheriff's Office on September 1, 1986 honorably serving for over 32 years, finishing his career as a Lieutenant. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 12 noon in the Mendon Stake Center, 460 South 100 East, Mendon, Utah. Interment will be in the Mendon Cemetery.
