Frank was born on March 20, 1942 and passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015. Frank was a resident of Arcadia, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He was a retired U. S. Air Force major. Frank piloted the F4 Phantom while with the Air Force. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Barbara. Visitation will be conducted on Saturday September 19 2015 from 10:00am until 12:00 noon at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home 50 No. Hillsborough Avenue Arcadia FL. Graveside funeral services will follow Oak Hill Cemetery Lake Placid FL at 2:00pm. The U. S. Air force Honor Guard and the Desoto Honor Guard will render military honors at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society Mid-south Division Inc. Attn: Shirley Watters 1100 Ireland Way Suite 300 Birmingham AL 35205.
