Terry A. Brown, 64, of Hinckley, passed away Tuesday August 20, 2019 at Rush-Copley Medical Center. He was born February 8, 1955 in Plano, IL the son of the late Richard and Betty (Kiene) Brown. Terry worked for the Beacon News, bought and sold rental properties, owned an Auto Body Shop and owned and operated with his wife "Kathy", The Brown Pub in Hinckley for 37 years. He had many interests and hobbies that can be listed. Terry had a real love for life, his family and friends. He had a very generous and loving heart and a terrific sense of humor. Terry is survived by his wife, Kathy Brown of Hinckley; his children, Jeffrey (Renee) Hoffmann and Michael (Kari) Hoffmann; his grandchildren, Chancelor, Kahla, Hannah, Isaac, Claire, Lauren, Hailey, Harrison and Hayden; his sisters, Julie (Doug) Hartman and Wendy Roop; his special niece, Hannah Zepeda; many other family and friends. Celebration of life service will be held Saturday 6:00 p.m. August 24, 2019 at The Healy Chapel, 370 Division Dr., Sugar Grove, IL 60554. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be private. Memorials in Terry's name may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
