Garth L. Conard
Garth Conard, 81, of Aurora peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, November 30, 2018, at Seasons Hospice Facility in Naperville. In 1937 Garth was born in Princeton, IL to Leo "Teter" and Marion "Bobbie" Conard. Garth spent 39 years working at Caterpillar Tractor Company in Montgomery, Illinois and spent his free time fishing, golfing, and making custom fishing and golf equipment as a hobby. Garth is survived by his three loving sons, Mike (Cathy), Mark (Dawn), Cris (Tia); his grandchildren, Ryan (Jenni), Ashley, Thomas, Austin, Brett, and Juliette; his great grandchildren Caleb, Madison, and Drake; his sister Judie (Gary) Hattersley; his brother-in-law Ron (Wanda) Schleisner; brother-in-law Robert Bjork, and many nieces and nephews. Garth was preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Nita and both of his parents. There will be a visitation held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 3:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at The Healy Chapel, 370 Division Drive, Sugar Grove, IL 60554. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care at 606 Potter Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
