Elvia Reeves, 65, of Mesquite, Texas passed away Saturday, February 13,, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Joel Reeves, daughters Tracy (husband Agustin) and Meredith (husband Michael), and 5 grandchildren Candace, Madelyn, Michael Tyler, Alexander, and Isabella. Elvia is also survived by her mother, Angelita Maldonado, and 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Maldonado. Elvia grew up in Dallas, Texas where she graduated from North Dallas High School and began her career of 43 years as a dedicated employee at Inwood National Bank. She was an "original" Inwood employee, hired in 1977, and was always proud of this. Known for being both the kindest person you would ever meet and the life of the party, she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Elvia's name to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation. (TNBCFoundation.org)
