William Munier Schultz
William Munier Schultz Greenville William Munier Schultz, 93, of Greenville, peacefully passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017. Born in Morristown, NJ, on July 23, 1923 he was the son of the late William Reed and Dorothy Munier Schultz. William received an undergraduate degree from Drexel University and Master's degrees from Rutgers University and New York University. He retired as an officer in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1985, was a World War II combat veteran, an Eagle Scout, and was a member of the Dapper Dans of Harmony in Livingston, NJ. He was married to Barbara MacIntyre Schultz with whom he celebrated 71 years of marriage on December 22, 2016. He is survived by three children, Suzanne MacIntyre (Norman), William Schultz (Judith), and Peter Schultz (Lorie); five grandchildren, William, Peter, and Micah Schultz, April Schumann, and Rudy Kirk Mueller; and three great grandchildren, Abby and Lucas Schumann, and Colton Mueller. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the activity room at Rolling Green Village in Greenville, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Distressed Residents Fund, Rolling Green Village, 1 Hokesmith Boulevard, Greenville, SC 29615.
