William J. Glovier
William J. Glovier, of Winter Haven, Fla., died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016. Born Sept. 4, 1936, in Clarion County, he lived in the New Kensington and Natrona Heights area for more than 60 years. Mr. Glovier attended First Church of God, Winter Haven. He was an honorary member of Evangel Heights Assembly of God Church in Sarver, where he served as co-coordinator for the nursing home and the Silver Saints senior ministry. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Linda Colgan Glovier; children, Scott (Tracy) Glovier, Jane (Jim) Kinter, Tony Venesky and Lori Ann Oertel; brothers, Robert (Priscilla) Glovier, John (Elaine) Glovier; sister, Mary June Kubiak; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, R.C. Glovier; mother, Grace Shook Glovier; and a sister, Janice Glovier. A memorial service will be held for Mr. Glovier at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, at Evangel Heights Assembly of God Church, 120 Beale Road, Sarver, PA 16055, with the Rev. John P.
