Crisher, William Middleville Bill peacefully left this earth to be with his Savior at the age of 80 on October 19, 2016 at his home after a long illness with lung cancer, never complaining through his journey. Bill retired from General Motors after thirty-five and a half years as a die maker. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, master bowler, and was a self taught computer builder and repair man that repaired many computers for people who were told the needed new ones and he never charged anyone for their repairs. Bill was a gentle giant and he knew what he wanted, and a man of few words, who was ready to meet his Lord face to face. Bill was a well respected and confident man who was also kind and loving. He loved his family and friends with all his heart. Bill is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Crisher; his children: Scott (Bev) Crisher, Mark (Debra) Crisher, Kelly (Donald) Anderson, Valerie Crisher, Bobbie (Andy) Dundas; his sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; his sisters-in-law: Vivian Arnsman, and Elnora Wright; and several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Irene (Cunningham) Crisher; his son, William Crisher II, and his grandson, Matthew Dundas. Bill's family will receive friends Friday, October 21, 2016 from 6:00 8:00 PM at the Beeler-Gores Funeral Home, Middleville where his funeral service will be conducted Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 11:00 AM. There will also be visitation one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. Kathy Colliver and Rev. Nate Archer will be officiating. Burial will take place in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Middleville. Memorial contributions may be given to Faith Hospice.
