Wesley Barham Collins, 85, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Casselton, N.D. Visitation: 11 a.m. Monday at Mount Olivet, prior to the service. Wesley was a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. In retirement he was a geometry teacher with Keller High School. He had college degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Math Education. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, a Stephens Minister and a member of The Fort Worth Runners Club. Wesley was preceded in death by his father, Marion; mother, Elsie Collins; and brother, Don Collins. Survivors: Wife, Carmen Flores of Fort Worth; daughters, Karen Sage of Waverly, Iowa, Candy Collins of Dallas and Melody Hanson of Round Rock; granddaughters, Sharon Purvis of Boone, Iowa, Erika Sage of Waterloo, Iowa; and nephew, Donald Collins of Fargo, N.D.
