Wanda L. Mullins
Wanda L. Mullins, 81, passed away at her home in Niceville, Florida, Thursday, October 13, 2016, after an extended illness. Wanda was born in Welford, West Virginia, on September 1, 1935. She moved to Niceville from Cleveland, Ohio in 1985. Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Mullins, Sr.; her parents William and Anna Mae Davis; her brothers George, Cecil, and Bob Davis; and sisters Esta Carpenter, Icey Mae Mullins, and Emma Frame. Wanda is survived by her son, Donald D. Mullins, Jr. of Niceville; sister, Martha (Harold) Buck of Cleveland, Ohio; sister-in-law Evelyn Mullins of Valparaiso, Florida; brother-in-law Jimmy Mullins of Rhode Island; sisters-in-law Gussie Bowe and Rose (Joe) Stowers of West Virginia.; brother-in-law Jerry Mullins of West Virginia.; and many nieces and nephews including her niece Connie Mullins Stumbaugh of Valparaiso, who was also her caregiver. Wanda also leaves behind many friends of whom she felt was family. Wanda's family would like to thank Dr. Mose Hayes and his band of angels at Sacred Heart Oncology in Miramar Beach, Florida and Emerald Coast Hospice especially Danielle Crider. A time of visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. and Funeral service at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home in Niceville, with Chaplain Ralph Molyneux officiating.
