Violet G. Kull 60-year Chatham resident Violet G. Kull, 93, of Chatham, N.J., passed peacefully on Oct. 12, 2016. A graveside service will be held on Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, at 12 noon at Fair Mount Cemetery in Chatham. Born in Sweden, but raised by her maternal grandmother in the U.S., Violet was a graduate of Montclair High School. After marrying Arthur Kull of Irvington, N.J., in 1950, Violet moved with Arthur to Hillside Avenue in Chatham, where they lived for 60 years. Violet was a devoted wife and greatly enjoyed traveling with her husband. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed needlework. She was predeceased by her husband in 2009. Violet is survived by her sister-in-law, Virginia J. Kull; two nieces, Susan V. Lenz and Theresa M. Pressl; a nephew, Scott C. Lenz; great- nephews and niece, Daniel, Michael, Cory and Tyler Pressl, and Laura and William McCormick.
