Vincent Quinn Mansker, 26, of St. Elmo, passed away at 10:01 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Freedom Reigns in Christ Church in St. Elmo, with Tim Caraway and Dr. Lowell Donnelley officiating. Burial will be in Sidener Cemetery in rural St. Elmo. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday at the church. Memorials: The family, to defer funeral expenses, or to donor's choice. Vincent was born on Nov. 12, 1991, in Effingham, the son of Greg and Michelle (Hunsaker) Mansker. He enjoyed being in the woods, walking in the creeks, digging up trees, attending musical festivals and concerts, making all kinds of art and spending time with family and friends, most importantly, his daughter, Irie. He is survived by his father, Greg Mansker of St. Elmo; mother, Michelle Mansker of St. Elmo; daughter, Irie ZenLuna Mansker of St. Elmo; brothers, Jamie Mansker of San Francisco, Calif., Wesley Mansker and his wife Mickenzie of Altamont, and Jacob Mansker of Effingham.; and sister, Regine Rovello of Manila, Phillipines.
