Affectionately known as "Moose", he taught Earth Science, and ran the Weather Club which made daily forecasts on WLNA/WHUD. He also coached cross country and track. In 2000, Tim was given the opportunity to be an adjunct professor at Pace University, Pleasantville. There, he taught Meteorology and Oceanography. He held this post until his death.
