Theresa Broom Wise Services for Theresa Broom Wise will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, in the Chapel of John Kramer & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Richerson and Bro. Courtland "Jr." Stokes officiating. Interment will follow in Alexandria Memorial Gardens under the direction of John Kramer & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, and resume from 9:00 A.M. until time of service on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at the funeral home. Theresa Broom Wise, 61, of Elmer, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016. Theresa is preceded in death by her father, Clifton Cecil Broom and mother, Peggy Lou Melder. Theresa Wise, better known to some as, "Mrs. Get It Done", was an active member of Peniel Baptist Church. She was involved with mission work, was a Sunday School Teacher and the loving wife of Deacon Tony. Theresa always made herself available to anyone that was in need and was always willing to go the extra mile. She enjoyed cooking and delivering meals to family and friends. Her pecan pies were truly enjoyed by all. Theresa thoroughly enjoyed life and was always ready to make you laugh. She will be dearly missed but what a beautiful soul Heaven has gained. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, of 42 years, Tony Wise of Elmer; son, James Anthony Wise and wife, Karie, of Alexandria; daughter, Terri Kaitlyn Orlovskyy and husband, Vlad, of Knoxville, TN; son, Cecil Daniel Howell of Pollock; grandsons, Kage and Ryder Wise; granddaughter, Alina Orlovskyy; sisters-in-law, Sue Carroll of Alexandria, Kitty Monroe of Houston, TX, Donna White of Cheneyville; brother-in-law, Mike Wise and wife, Tensey, of Tioga; uncle, Leonard Braley of Elmer; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Pallbearers honored to serve include Eugene Stokes, Elton Stokes, Mike Squyres, Johnny Preble, Christopher White, Joe White, Trey Reynolds, and Isaac Reynolds.
