Thelma Holton Peercy, of The Villages, Florida previously of Big Spring, died Monday, Oct. 3 at Cornerstone Hospice House in The Villages. She lived in the Villages for 15 years after moving here from Big Spring, TX. She was 84 years old. She was born in Jacksonville, FL, on April 14, 1932. She was a very kind and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert (Bob) Peercy, of The Villages; her son, Robert (Bobby) Peercy of Lutz, FL; a grandson, Justin Peercy and wife, Elena, of Lutz, FL; a granddaughter, Kimberly Peercy of San Angelo, TX; and three great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Willie Holton; two brothers, J.W. and Andrew Holton; and one son, Ronald Douglass (Doug) Peercy. She will be cremated and her ashes will be in a columbarium in the National cemetery at Bushnell, FL. No services are planned.
