XENIA — Terry L. Toner, 74, of Xenia, died Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. He was born September 8, 1942 in Jamestown, OH, a son of the late Clarence Elmer and Ruth Isabelle Perkins Toner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence Jr., Dennis, and Merel; and a sister, Marial Younker. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Jenkins Toner, three daughters, Cynthia, Susie and Debby; a son Terry L.; a brother Dallas; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. He worked at General Motors, Delco Prods. for 28 years as a Jobsetter until his retirement in 1998.
