Ted A. Holderbaugh Evansville, IN Ted A. Holderbaugh, 66, of Evansville, IN, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Deaconess VNA Plus Charlier Hospice Center. He was born June 3, 1950, in Mt. Carmel, IL, to the late Archie and Betty Holderbaugh. He was a member of St. Benedict Cathedral. Ted proudly served his country in the U.S. Army while stationed in Vietnam. It was always his dream to own a restaurant and that dream was realized when he became the proud co-owner of Archie and Clyde's along with his lifetime friend, Danny Bradley. He loved his family and was a wonderful husband, dad and Pappy. Ted is survived by his wife of 48 years, Anne Holderbaugh; daughters, Angela Miller (Rodney), Tina Vaught (Dirk), Brittany Large (Jeremy); grandchildren, Zoe and Ainslie Miller, Jackson, Henry and Walker Vaught, Nash, Logan and Ember Large; brothers, William Hughes, David Younker; and several nieces and nephews. Military Honors will be performed at 5:00 PM, Sunday, February 19, 2017, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel followed by a Memorial Service officiated by Rev. Claude Burns. Friends may visit 12:00 PM until service time on Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center, 3701 Bellemeade Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714.
