Susan Dudley Whitehouse AGE: 71 • Whitehouse Susan Dudley Whitehouse, 71, of Morristown, NJ, passed peacefully on March 11, 2017, with her daughters by her side. She was born Dec. 3, 1945, in East Cleveland, OH, to Allen P. and Ruth (Campbell) Dudley. Surviving are a brother, David A. Dudley (Vicki Fox) of Columbus, OH; daughters Stacia Comstock Masingill (James) of Bow, NH, and Kimberly Comstock Nodoro (Philip) of Califon, NJ; four grandchildren, Megan and Ryan Masingill, Aiden and Collin Nodoro, Amber Senn of Minot, ND and Aris Johnson of McHenry, IL and her most-loved fur friends, Shadow and Ms. Em Sue graduated from Findlay (Ohio) High School in 1963 and attended Bowling Green State University. She was a member and a deacon of the New Vernon Presbyterian Church in New Vernon, NJ, where her homemade bread for communion was loved by all. Her passions and talents were numerous, especially her skill as a seamstress that filled so many homes with custom-made treasures from pillows to window treatments for over 50 years. She loved knitting, cooking, and baking, and working The New York Times crossword puzzle while listening to music or watching her favorite baseball teams. Sue leaves behind an abundance of friends and former clients.
