Steve ANTOLICH TSGT, USAF, RET
ANTOLICH, Steve (TSGT, USAF, RET.) 95, formerly of Springfield, passed away Friday December 27, 2016 at Brookdale River Valley Assisted Living in Tualatin, Oregon. He was born December 14, 1921 in Masury, Ohio, the son of Joseph and Catherine (Vincer) Antolich. Steve served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty-one years in aircraft maintenance, retiring as a Tech Sergeant. After retirement from the Air Force, he worked for the USPS as a letter carrier for over twenty years. Steve and wife taught round dance for many years both in New Hampshire and in Springfield. They traveled extensively with a wide circle of friends attending square dance events. He was member of the Audubon Society, St. Andrew's Lodge 619 Free and Accepted Masons, Scottish Rite Valley of Portsmouth-Dover, New Hampshire. Survivors include his daughter, Mary Deason of Tigard, Oregon and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Blanche (Mongold) Antolich; sister, Mary Leone and brother, Pete Antolich. Private services will be held with burial in the Ohio Masonic Home Cemetery.
