Sarah Martha Jane Haralson Walker, 87, of Hinesville, and formerly of Savannah, died Sunday, Oct 9, 2016, under the care of Hospice Savannah. She was a resident of Bryan County Health and Rehab in Richmond Hill. She was born in Sylvester, and was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Edgar Walker, and her parents, Thomas Henry Haralson Sr. and Bessie May Burke. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hinesville. She was a retired saleslady, having worked at Kmart in Hinesville. She is survived by two sons, retired Lt. Col. Chaplain Randy Walker and his wife, Ricki, of Enterprise, Alabama; and Ricky Walker and his wife, Elaine, of Hinesville; brother, Thomas Henry Haralson Jr. of Springfield, Ga.; sister, Eugenia "Jean" Spradley of Springfield; a grandson, Seth Walker of Austin, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Oct 17, at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Garden City Chapel. Funeral services will be at noon Monday, Oct 17, in Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Garden City Chapel. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
