Sandra L. Richards 1948 - 2016 Sandra L. Richards, 68, of Trevor, Wis., passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, at Aurora Medical Center, Kenosha, Wis. She was born July 13, 1948, in Ashland, Wis., the daughter of the late Gerald and Gertrude (Pfeffer) Flesch, living in Salem, Wis., before settling in Trevor in 1971. Sandra was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Wilmot, Wis., and enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching her grandsons' sports, and especially being with her family. Before her retirement in 2010, Sandra had worked for many years at Quaker Inc., in Antioch, Ill., and later as a building coordinator for D.R. Horton; she also was a waitress at Colony House Restaurant, in Trevor, Wis. On Aug. 27, 1966, she married Russell Richards in Waukegan, Ill., and he preceded her in death on Sept. 10, 1989. Survivors include two children, Carrie (Lee) Bogucki of Twin Lakes, Wis., Russell (Maggie) Richards of Salem, Wis.; six grandchildren, Dustin (Melissa) Richards of Kenosha, Bethany Richards of Wadsworth, Ill., Julia Bogucki of Milwaukee, Wis., Garrett Bogucki of Twin Lakes, Wis., Logan Richards of Salem, Wis., Benjamin Meyers of Salem, Wis.; six siblings, Jean (Gary) Gitzlaff of Kenosha, Wis., Gerald Flesch of Trevor, Wis., Michael (Marie) Flesch of Kansasville, Wis., Bette Charlock of Davie of Florida, Jack (Claudia) Flesch of Trevor, Wis., and Mark Flesch of Trevor, Wis.; brother-in-law Len Eibl of Salem, Wis.; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Sandra was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Eibl, and a brother James Flesch. Funeral Services with Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, at Holy Cross Church, Junction of Hwy B and Hwy C, Wilmot, WI 53192. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society are appreciated in Sandra's memory.
