Sam was born on March 31, 1935 and passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017. Sam was a resident of South Carolina at the time of passing. He attended the Lewisville High School. He was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War. Sam was married to Barbara Wilson Collins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm ' 8:00 pm Wednesday, April 19, 2017at Barron Funeral Home and other times at the home of his daughter, Pam McBrayer, 1886 Hardin Strait Road, Chester. The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev.
