Roscoe Corder
Roscoe was born on September 30, 1920 and passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Roscoe was a resident of Pasadena, Texas at the time of passing. Roscoe received his commission after successfully completing OCS and Parachute School training at Fort Benning. Roscoe left the family farm to join the U. S. Army in 1942 and served gallantly in the Pacific theatre. Roscoe received a Purple Heart a Cluster to Purple Heart and Bronze star while serving his country. Funeral Service will be held 4:00 PM Friday January 13 2017 in the Chapel of First Baptist Church Pasadena. Family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until service time. Private interment will be at Houston National Cemetery.
